Introducers
As well as earning competitive commissions we feel there are two major advantages to being an Introducer with Choice Loans:

It is a One-Stop-Shop for all your finance needs. You don't need to pass leads to several different product suppliers when everything is available here under one roof. This also means that if your client ends up needing a product other the one he/she applied for (e.g a Mortgage applicant preferring to take a Bridging loan) then we can still convert this lead.

All your leads can be accessed online so you have near "real-time" updates on your client's progress. We believe we are the only broker in the UK where you can get this combination of products all online under one roof.
Our current range of Introducers include IFAs, Investment Advisors, Mortgage Brokers, Property managers as well as local and Internet based lead generators. In short, anyone with a source of clients needing finance for any purpose is welcome to apply to be an Introducer. All we ask is for three things:

You must hold a valid Consumer Credit Licence (Category C): These are available from the Office of Fair Trading and currently costs £1,466 for a limited company or £670 for a sole trader (correct as of Apr 2013). You can apply online at http://www.oft.gov.uk/OFTwork/credit-licensing/

You must be registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under the terms of the Data Protection Act. This can also be done online here http://www.ico.gov.uk/ and currently costs £35 unless your organisation turns over more than £25.9m in a year and has in excess of 500 employees in which case the license is £500 (correct as of April 2013).

We also ask all our Introducers to sign our Introducer Agreement to formalise the working relationship. A copy of this is in the Introducer Pack and there is no charge for signing up and getting an account.
